The ECDE Management Information System (ECDE-MIS) is a digital platform designed to enhance the management and delivery of early childhood education services across Laikipia County. It enables efficient data collection, real-time monitoring, and informed decision-making to improve the quality and accessibility of ECDE programmes.

The County Government of Laikipia remains committed to strengthening Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) as a critical foundation for our children’s future. The introduction of the ECDE Management Information System (ECDE-MIS) marks a significant step towards improving service delivery across all ECDE centres in the County. This system will enable efficient data management, real-time monitoring, and informed decision-making on key areas such as learner enrolment, teacher deployment, and resource allocation. It will enhance transparency, accountability, and overall efficiency within the ECDE sector. I urge all stakeholders to embrace and fully utilize the ECDE-MIS to ensure quality and equitable early childhood education for every child in Laikipia County.
